Services vary depend on customer needs, but generally involve customized solutions, goal achievement and problem-solving strategies that improve management, team, individual or organizational performance. He has addressed groups ranging in size and demographics from small college classrooms, corporate manager groups, and other trainers, to professional audiences of 750 or more.

Mark is founder of InspireNET – Decatur (www.inspirenet.org), part of a diverse network of leaders who believe we find success for ourselves when we inspire it in others.  He is President and Chief Inspirational Officer of Performance Development Network and was former director of Business and Corporate Solutions for the Millikin Institute from its 1997 inception to 2002.  He has been a career coach, career/marketing specialist, public relations officer, strategic planning implementation leader and executive outplacement consultant.  He is author of the Career Planner & Job Finder’s Guide: Using Your Skills Language to Create Work Opportunities, which is soon to be republished.

Mark devotes his time to family, church, and service through his business and community – a lifetime of 4-H involvement developed his servant’s heart.  He is past-president of numerous professional organizations, boards and foundations.  He enjoys attending his kids’ hockey, running, soccer and music events, as well as reading, hiking, camping, and he is an avid wild caver (cavers are the ones who rescue spelunkers!).  His lovely wife, Judi, and three sons Tyler, Dylan and Ryan, live in Decatur, Illinois.
