I recently had the pleasure of meeting an interesting real estate professional, Scott Einbinder, with many years of networking experience.

Scott is very familiar with networking and states that 100% of his business has been through referral recommendations.  Although Scott does not belong to traditional networking groups, he is far from a novice of networking.  His networking is done through his speaking engagements at Real Estate Conventions, Seminars and thru many Board of Realtors organizations throughout the country. 

First let me tell you a little about Scott Einbinder…

Scott has a long and very successful career in the real estate profession, starting in the 1980’s as a Realtor for a family owned Real Estate Company. At the time, it was the largest Century 21 Brokerage companies in the country and was sold in 1989 to Merrill Lynch.

Then Scott decided to try his hand in the mortgage business, opening a mortgage company, called Associated Finance Corporation.  After growing this business successfully, that too was sold in 1999 to a large mortgage corporation.

His next phase in this business, was as one of the Senior Founding Executives of a discount real estate brokerage company called YHD, now commonly called Foxton’s.  Scott remained with YHD through Foxton’s acquisition and left in 2001 to start the current stage of his career, as a nationwide speaker and trainer for Realtors, Mortgage Lenders and Title companies.

Scott shows Realtors how to create value in their business, how to raise commission levels and how to compete and beat the discount broker.  He shows Mortgage Professionals how to develop relationships with realtors by using unique ways to make them selves invaluable.   He has presented to over 200,000 real estate professionals across the country, and is rated as one of the top keynote speakers, by the associations and companies that hire him; he does a lot of speaking on a national level for Cendant Real Estate brand, which includes Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and ERA real estate companies.
