Email List Gets Personal

Networking is such a wonderful tool that brings people together in such a spontaneous way. Less than a year ago I met a fabulous woman, Maya Bhagat.  Maya was one of the 15000 people that got on my email list and decided to make a personal connection. Our first meeting was as if we were old, long lost friends that re-connected.

Maya is a Holistic Health Counselor, an experienced Biochemist and a successful business woman. She is accredited thru the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. As a Holistic Health Counselor, Maya Bhagat works with individuals, groups and corporations towards making better choices in nutrition so as to preserve health and well being, to live a vibrant and fulfilling life.

There is no such thing as coincidence in life. I needed a nutritional coach and Maya was the one…I have just completed Maya’s 6 month program where she coached and guided me thru nutritional information and bringing balance into my life. I have learned a lot from Maya about being gentle with myself.
