Anyone “Wanna Network?”

What a great name for an interesting new web site! After just six months on the web, wannanetwork.com has nearly 4,000 members and is growing daily.

Tony Sena is a full-time Las Vegas realtor and created the web site to make it easier for the real estate industry to network more efficiently. He tried to find real estate networking partners on other sites but was frustrated by how time-consuming it was to find them among all the other professions on the sites.

Membership in wannanetwork.com is free. Virtually anyone involved in any aspect of the real estate business—such as builders, credit counselors, title companies, attorneys, realtors, and investors—is welcome to join. For now, consumers can are allowed to join only the forum, but in the future they’ll be able to network with real estate professionals on the web site. The site continually adds fresh information and beneficial features, a few of which include the following:

An MLS search feature and, soon, a feature allowing brokers to post their own MLS data to wannanetwork.com, inviting more traffic to the broker’s own web site.
Daily forum discussions on a variety of real estate topics, including (but not limited to) topics such as mortgage rates, investment advice, business marketing, and network success stories.
An events calendar where members can promote their local events or seminars. Check out the classified section for job postings, real estate for sale, or investment opportunities.
And my personal favorite: search for members by their profession. I’ve wished for this for a long time. Most of us can get work with people of any profession, but we all know what type of professionals will give us the most work. This search feature allows you to find those people. You can also send a welcome letter, introducing yourself, through the “new member” link. I have received quite a few emails from members wanting to connect with me, and I’ve been registered for only two weeks.

These are just a few of the benefits of joining wannanetwork.com, which has everything I’ve been looking for in a networking organization.
