Magic Bullets

Last month I introduced to you 1 of 2 Internet-Based Networking sites. This month I will share with you a site called Magic Bullets(www.magicbullets.com).

This company was started 3 years ago by Dan Auito, who is a Realtor/Appraiser turned Investor/Author. Mr. Auito is a personable guy with plenty of southern charm. He recently published a book called "The Magic Bullets in Real Estate…Your complete Guide to Understanding and Using Real Estate to Your Best Advantage" which is for sale on Amazon.com. Another great energetic and inspiring article he wrote is "Network to Networth" which gives great ideas on where and who to network with to increase your bottom line. It was a very informative and insightful article, and I highly recommend you give a read. Mr. Auito is an experienced networker and states that most of his investment deals have been made through networking.

The site is free to join, but in return for free membership, members are asked to contribute to the site, using their specific knowledge or skill. This requirement creates a family-like atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcome.

Magic Bullets was designed to offer advice, support, information, networking, resources and tools related to the Real Estate transaction. You can participate in the "Family Forum", which covers topics from General Real Estate, REO, Foreclosures, Land lording, Short Sales to Ask the Family Tradesman and everything in between. Enter the Real Estate in the United States thread; here you will be able to network with Real Estate professionals across the country.

I have spent a good deal of time reading some of the hundreds of articles from the different authors on so many different subjects. I can’t even begin to tell you the amount of information contained in this section of the site. There is also links to every Real Estate E-book you can think of for downloading. The Chat Room is open Sundays at 7pm Central time with an industry experts sharing their knowledge and answering questions.

Since signing up, I have received a couple of emails from Dan Auito himself, offering an informational article and a free download. I was thrilled to receive both of them.

What sets this site apart from others is that you really feel like a part of the "Family". Networking is about building relationships, and what better relationship is there than with people who feel like family!
