Network your health by asking your family and friends their favorite procedures for a healthy living lifestyle. Email health tips to your favorite people and ask them to email you health tips. Attend health seminars and gain new insights. Take time to ask questions of vendors when they are at your health food store and markets. Vinegar is not just for your salad:I have been using two tablespoons a day of raw unfiltered organic vinegar for over a year. I tried missing it in plain water it was too harsh for me. After experimenting with different combinations, I prefer t mix the 2 tablespoons of vinegar with 4 oz’s of organic grape juice and 4 oz’s of pure water. You may prefer another juice combination. The effect it has had on my arthritis is a lovely surprise. The swelling in the joints of my hands has decreased significantly. My skin is smooth to the touch. I no longer use face make up. This is just a couple of the many benefits of taking vinegar for health has provided me. I use “Bragg Raw Unfiltered Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.” It contains no preservatives and is USDA Organic approved. Their vinegar is aged in wood like fine wine. The care taken to produce their vinegar comes through in its refreshing flavor. The following is an excerpt from a book written by Paul C. Bragg N.D, PhD. a Life Extension Specialist and his wife Patricia Bragg N. D., PhD. a Health Fitness Expert. Their book is entitled “Apple Cider Vinegar Miracle Health System.”
