Karl Smith is a business networking and referral coach with extensive experience in the education and training, marketing and communications, general management and executive management environment. Karl is the owner of Execuedge Consulting, a successful business relationship building and consulting company. Prior to starting his own business Karl was the Senior Executive of The South African Institute of Chartered Accounts: Southern Region. He is a graduate of The University of The Western Cape (Cape Town- South Africa): BA, HDE and Master of Public Administration and he is reading his thesis for his Masters of Business Administration. Karl believes in life-long learning and he views life as learning experience. He is a popular guest on various radio stations covering the subjects: business networking and building business relationships.  Karl is a recognized as specialist contributor of business networking articles to magazines such as Accountancy SA - South Africa’s premier accountancy magazine and CEO magazine, a business management magazine that focuses on organisational excellence across all sectors.
