Larry J. Block

Larry Block is the founder and president of Mobile Marketing Technologies, a communications company specializing in text message advertising and marketing.

A graduate of Tulane University in Political Science, followed by formal art education at the Academy of Art in San Francisco, Larry has worked in the marketing sector for the past twenty years, while experiencing life from a myriad of different perspectives.

Larry has held a variety of jobs from Photo editor of a newspaper to sailing instructor in the British Virgin Islands. From running an art department of 30 artists at a design and packaging plant to starting his own business in a brand new field – Mobile Marketing.

Larry’s has broad experience in all aspects of marketing, sales, advertising, technology development and integration - on and offline. Both  linear and creative at the same time, Larry is able to work very well in many verticals, from engineering to pharmaceuticals, manufacturing to service industries. With extensive direct experience in real estate, automotive, and retail, Larry is interested in helping companies grow and mature as well as helping companies “on the bubble" find a positive path back to success. One particular strength is his strong ability to leverage his current network to the advantage of all concerned.
