After 24+ years in B2B and B2C sales, sales management, and in running a corporate university, Ms. Richardson has worked with Fortune 500 companies, SMB organizations, and launched two of her own businesses. Clients have included Hewlett-Packard, Thomson, Microsoft, W.L. Gore, and many smaller organizations. Markets served are technology, manufacturing, distribution, and financial services primarily; helping company leaders solve sales gap issues with sales teams that have 10-500 employees. Services include initial gap analysis consulting, setting benchmarks and goals, “hands-on” work with actionable results, remote and in-person training & coaching, and keynotes.
