I was born in the Bronx in 1966 and grew up in Westchester County, New York. I graduated from the University Rhode Island with a B.A. in Political Science in 1988 and Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1991. I was admitted to the New York and Connecticut State Bars in 1992. I was a goverment attorney in the Westchester County Attorneys office in the family Court Bureau from 1992 to 1995 and then embarked on a career in real estate titles and transfers from 1996-present. I currently represent the legal interests of buyers, sellers and lenders in New York and Connecticut. As a licensed Real Estate Broker from 1999-present I represent buyers/sellers in the sale and purchase of homes, condos and co-ops in the City of New York, Long Island and Westchester. My legal background took clients from contract to closing and my Real Estate brokerage background afforded me the perspective of the parties involved in the home-buying/selling experience. I formed Blue Water Media and launched www.prorealestatecity.com (PREC) in 2006 as a purely professional, Invite-only, platform for Realtors. PREC is committed to Professional Enrichment through Learning and Career Advancement through Connecting.
